Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping with G4C. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Product Returns (Excludes Digital Items, Consultations and Custom Files)

You have 30 calendar days to return items we ship an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You need to contact us for an RMA# and the warehouse we will have you return the item to. We will also issue you an RMA# and please insure you send it back via a carrier that uses delivery confirmation.

Refunds – Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping – You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Electronic & Consulting Service Refund Policy:

If you book an appointment and do not notify us within 24 hours you are going to miss it; we will try to schedule another time; if after 7 days you are not able too; we reserve the right to have you forfeit your refund.

If you order a service from us and our unhappy with it; we will offer you the opportunity for a refund or a one time re-schedule We will do everything in our power to give you the best value. However; if we feel that this would not be a good use of our time; we will just issue you a refund.

Our clients are those that come to us in discretion and want respect. We are not in the business of playing games. Thus if you order our services and are given a refund you understand that if you purchase again; there will be no refund.

For returns please send your inquiry via our contact us form and we will return correspondence with within 48-72 business hours but it may be sooner. The return timer starts from your date of purchase and the clock stops while in our queue, and restarts again once you receive the RMA information. You will be notified via e-mail about your return and please provide your phone # and the best time to call you. When we reach out to you we will just say this is G4C Client Services and we were following up on your refund. We will not discuss any specifics about the item(s) only the refund process, and credit if or not approved without the account private password.

If you change the request of your session we will do our best to accommodate you but you can not ask for a refund if it doesn’t meet your needs do to a last minute whim you had.
